Residential care for the elderly is for those that don't require dementia support or have nursing needs. Some may need assistance with day to day living such as getting washed and dressed or preparing meals. Staff members are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist with this.

EMI Residential care for the elderly for those living with dementia may require extra care and support, people living with dementia may find it difficult living in certain surroundings, on our upper floor we have decorated doors with colours rather than numbers as those living with dementia may find it difficult locating certain places, we have found that this helps the residents navigate the upper floor more easily. Many of our staff have been trained to understand dementia and how dementia may contribute differently to each individuals mental and physical health.
